The capital stock of a company that is comprised of more than one class of common stock, one of which has superior voting rights and generally held by a control group comprised of the founders, directors and corporate officers.

Comment: 
Stock is a mass word and correctly used in the plural form only when referring to the different stock of the different issuers.
